This policy refund and return details the requirements and procedures applicable in the event of a cancellation, refund or return of vehicle.

1. Cancellations and Refunds

1.1 Cancellation before the date of support

• Bookings cancelled most of 48 hours before the date and time of support provided are entitled to a full refund.
• Bookings cancelled less than 48 hours before the support provide a cancellation fee equivalent to 30 % of the total amount of the booking.

1.2 Non-presentation

In the case of non-presentation of the date and time of support without prior notice, no refund will be granted.

1.3 Modification of booking

Amendments to bookings are possible, subject to availability, at no additional cost if they are made at least 48 hours prior to pick-up the vehicle.

The changes made less than 48 hours in advance are subject to a fee.

2. Early return of the Vehicle

If you decide to return the vehicle before the end of the rental period, no refund will be made for unused days.

3. Extension of the Rental Period

For any request for extension of the duration of the rental, please contact our customer service at least 24 hours before the end of the contract.

The extension will be subject to availability and additional charges.

4. Return of the Vehicle

4.1 Conditions of Return

• The vehicle must be returned on the date, time and location agreed in the booking.
• Any delay in the refund may incur additional charges.

4.2 Damage and Fuel

• The vehicle must be returned in the same condition as at the support.
• The cost of repair for any kind of damage during the return will be the responsibility of the customer.
• The tank must be filled to the level indicated in the rental agreement.
  The costs of refueling will be applied if this level is not respected.

5. Force Majeure

In the case of force majeure (for example, natural disasters, government restrictions, pandemics), Car rental in Marrakech reserves the right to modify the terms of this policy.

Customers will be informed of the changes applicable.
